											Ingredients
- 280 g Bleu d’Auvergne
 - 80 g butter
 - 75 g sugar
 - 3 eggs
 - 200 g flour
 - 5.5 g of baking powder
 - 250 ml milk
 
Preparation
- Melt the butter.
 - Beat 2 whole eggs and an egg yolk with a fork. Keep the egg white and whisk until foamy.
 - Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
 - Add the milk a little bit at a time and mix without forming any lumps.
 - Gently fold in the foamy egg white.
 - Bake the waffles.
 - Fill the waffle holes with pieces of Bleu d’Auvergne.
 - Melt the Bleu d’Auvergne under a grill. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
