Ingredients

  • 150 g Bleu d’Auvergne
  • 1 pack sliced pain d’épices
  • A handful of golden raisins

Preparation

  1. Gently melt the Bleu d’Auvergne in the microwave until it forms a paste the consistency of butter when it is at room temperature.
  2. Spread generously onto the pain d’épices and sprinkle with raisins.
