Ingredients
- 150 g Bleu d’Auvergne cut into cubes
- 150 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp ground nut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 small pot of yoghurt
- 100 millilitres of hot milk
- 150 g chorizo cut into small cubes
- 100 g mixed dried apricots, golden raisins and dried plums
Preparation
- Mix all of the ingredients to create a muffin mixture.
- Add the chorizo, dried fruits and Bleu d’Auvergne.
- Fill a muffin tray and bake for 20 mins at 180° C.
