Mini Bleu d’Auvergne muffins

Ingredients

  • 150 g Bleu d’Auvergne cut into cubes
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp ground nut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 small pot of yoghurt
  • 100 millilitres of hot milk
  • 150 g chorizo cut into small cubes
  • 100 g mixed dried apricots, golden raisins and dried plums

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients to create a muffin mixture.
  2. Add the chorizo, dried fruits and Bleu d’Auvergne.
  3. Fill a muffin tray and bake for 20 mins at 180° C.
