Bleu d’Auvergne toast with dried plums and Auvergne ham

Ingredients

  • Walnut bread
  • Dried plums
  • Auvergne ham
  • Walnuts
  • Parsley
  • Bleu d’Auvergne PDO
  • Sour Cream

Preparation

  1. Mix the Bleu d’Auvergne with the crème fraiche and spread onto sliced and toasted walnut bread.
  2. Place a quarter of a dried plum on one corner of the toast. Place a small slice of ham on the opposite corner.
  3. Scatter with chopped walnuts and fried parsley.
