Bleu d’Auvergne toast with dried plums and Auvergne ham
- Walnut bread
- Dried plums
- Auvergne ham
- Bleu d’Auvergne PDO
- Sour Cream
- Mix the Bleu d’Auvergne with the crème fraiche and spread onto sliced and toasted walnut bread.
- Place a quarter of a dried plum on one corner of the toast. Place a small slice of ham on the opposite corner.
- Scatter with chopped walnuts and fried parsley.
